2.2 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, After you initiate a refund, Stripe submits refund requests to your customer's bank or card issuer. Your customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds:

 

3.1 Technical Issues: If a customer experiences technical issues that prevent them from using our product or service as intended, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, a refund may be issued upon request.

 

3.2 Dissatisfaction: In cases where the customer is not satisfied with our product or service during the free trial period, a full refund will be provided if the request is made within 3 days from the date of purchase.

 

3.3 Abuse of Free Trial: We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who abuse the free trial system by repeatedly signing up for free trials using multiple accounts or other means.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services:

 

4.1 Downloadable Digital Products: Once a digital product has been downloaded, it becomes non-refundable.

 

4.2 Services Rendered: Services that have been fully rendered or utilized during the free trial period are non-refundable.
